It's even harder to start a career fairly, getting A's in training has you get starting XI in two matches, no matter what team you're on, which is unfair, and without training you have to rely entirely on match performance, which is entirely luck based.
Starting as a sub, you'll get subbed on in the 80' and be forced to go from 5 to 6.5 rating, which is impossible to do, usually I barely manage it if I get subbed in in the 60'.
This last match I got subbed in in the 81' leaving me 9 minutes to get to 6.5 rating otherwise I lose manager rating, as that one objective has more manager rating than all the others combined.
Meaning you go from subbing in in the 70' to subbing in in the 80' to being placed as a reserve. Because the less manager rating you have the less time on the pitch you have, but you can't earn match rating without saving shots.
I could avoid all of this by just training before every match but I just somehow don't believe how within 2 matches as my new 17 year old goalkeeper, I can become the starting XI GK for large teams such as Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.
