How can I get my progress back

What happened was that the game wasn’t loading and when I exited the game and turned it back on MY PROGRESS WAS RESET I was a 91 overall at Bayern with 98 shooting and 90 pace (only stats I can remember) but now I’m back a at 68 WITH CHARLOTTE FC can you please fix this problem (I will show you the ballon d’Or ceremony cutscene I got to prove my point) please help me
