How to change the Captain when I make substitution?

After one game beginning, the captain role can't be changed manually. So when I switch the captain player, he will take the captain armband to someone else that I can't decide. It seems like to let the man who has LEADER features or ability or something whatever, to take the armband. But what confused me is that it's often let the player who is new-coming or just young player like 16 years old to take the captain role. That's not reasonable.

I think it should be improved, though it's not a serious problem.
