Huge career mode issues

Number 1 - You have to give a turn off option to these after match interviews. The pre match interview is about the right number, but the aftermatch interview is so repetitive it's ruining career mode to the point I won't buy the game next year. Iv come across 3 people saying the same thing. N I'm no online gamer with hords of gamer friends. 

It absolutely stinks. 

Number 2- request more coaches from your board. 1 coach per season is a joke. ( Maybe there is an option, but if there is...I haven't found it)

Number 3- gameplay, this issue where your players get held in midfield so they can't move.  Obstruction is a foul.it rarely ever happens in real football.
