I’m trying to link my pro clubs player from Xbox to my ps5.

I’m trying to link my Xbox series X pro clubs player to my ps5 pro club as I’ve just bought a ps5. I’ve linked my EA account but it’s not finding my proclubs player?? How do I go about this

EA please fix your game...bin trying to play over month now and still this is not fixed...i could play on ps5 version and i have fc 25 but those suck. #community admin. #community manager.
