I launch my game and it asks me to start a new club ?

So guys i need help so ive been playing FC24 for about 10 days now and i launch the game this evening and it asks me to make a new club after i press on save ive tried relaunching it didnt work and i really dont want to lose this account pls help . (ps i have attached a screenshot showing my account/club on the EA app)
