Idea: Allow Real Players To Be Signed To Youth Academy

When I do career modes, I don't have much interest in developing the fake generated players that you sign to the youth academy. It would be nice if you could sign real players and then assign them to your youth academy. There could be certain stipulations, such as the player can't be older than a certain age or higher than a certain overall rating. Would anyone else be interested in this feature?
