The same happened with our pro club during the latest playoff season.
We were able to get about 9 matches in on the first day of playoffs. And then played about 4 more during the week. Our record was stuck on 13W-4L with three matches left to play. We played for several matches on the last day hours before the playoff window ended and experienced the same situation. Win or lose we didn’t have any of those matches count towards our record. The same message would appear about problems connecting to the EA servers after every match played.
