International Duty Triggers Club Team Manager Email

Every time my career mode player goes out on international duty the system triggers an angry email from my club team manager about how he is disappointed with my play and how I need to do better... This isn't a major issue but it is frustrating nonetheless.

Yep me to get the email every time I play a game on international duty, dropped from my club team and have to work my way back to a starting 11. Its painful and no need there is nothing I can do about it as the club release me to play internationals then punish you for not being there to train.
