I am playing with my pro who is rated 92. He has won 3 champions league and the league he is in (EPL). However my player never gets called up for International team. He is of Brazilian nationality. I don’t know if this has an effect for winning the Balon D’Or but i have never won either although winning everything in a season. I might start a new career mode with a different nationality to see if this works.
The reason why you aren't getting called up to the Brazilian national team is simple - it actually isn't in the game. Yes, Brazil, five time world champions and one of the biggest football nations on the planet, isn't featured in EAFC 24. It's because EA doesn't have the license for the Selecao.
This is terrible. No Brasil no Uruguay and many other great national squads. It kills big part of the experience of playing it especially for me that only play manager career mode. Also not having the World Cup and club World Cup is a very bad thing too. The dream of every player is to win a World Cup and for South American players is to win the club World Cup. How come they want emulate the world of football and not having these competitions????? Can’t they make a generic name of these tournaments and have it like we have been doing forever ?????? The only reason I did not jump to Konami Efootball is because they ruined their own game too but worse.
