is EA planning to increase the career mode playtime? 15 is unacceptable

is EA planning to increase the career mode playtime. 15 is not acceptable and I am taking a stance to not buy this game until this is addressed. Player career also having the same playtime length does not make any sense. May be EA should have age as the criteria. Player should reach 37 or may be 40 to retire and have option to move to manager role. In manager career, age limit should be around 70 for the manager to retire.
