Is it possible to receive random offers as a manager

I have been playing manager mode for a while now, and I was wondering if it’s possible to receive offers from other clubs to manage their club. I remember in the old Fifas, this was a possibility if you were winning tittles and trophies, and I am wondering if they have taken away this feature and your only way to change clubs is through the job offer option. Anyone know if this is possible by chance?
