Is there any way to talk to EA development team?

EA has to be the worst ever development team for communication. Can one of the EA mods please ask if there is any way we can just have some basic discourse? We need some questions answering. It is ...

@RedRuss84 Why would the developers spend time or resources to change anything? They are making Billions as is, makes no sense to change a single thing.
