@RedRuss84 lots of companies nowadays don't have any customer service agents and instead fob you off with chatbots with limited responses, or in the case of ea , outsource their customer service to their own customers, so you go to ask ea something and are re directed here where bascially you ask another customer to help you in their own time.
It is disgraceful especially the amount of money they make they seemingly can't employ a team of even 5-10 people to reply to emails
