Lag, delay, freezing in manager career mode

I updated the Nvidia driver and updated the window and after entering the game, the manager career mode has an error when entering the match. Lagging, delay, screen freezing, even though the menu outside the mode, buying players, the simulator is still normal and a DirectX error appears crashing the game, I don't know where the error is and how to fix it.
