Lag mode carrer

Every time I try to connect with my real Ea identification (this is just a back up) it tells me there is nothing. My ea name is saadlarabi and the email I used was [edit: email address removed]

everything works in the game (ultimate team, other career modes) but every time I try to continue my own career (I am in season 2) they send me an error message since yesterday.

this is very upsetting and I need it fixed right away please
