Loan a player on manager career mode

On manager career mode, you can’t request to loan a player from another team to your own team. Whenever you try, the game shows a message that the club you are requesting is not interested in loaning a player at the moment. This issue has happened to me for a lot of years already, and I hope you can take a look at it. 
Something else that I suggest is to set the number and order of captains in career mode, even if they aren’t in the starting XI, this way whenever you introduce them they get the armband right away, or if you substitute them they give it to the right and designated player
