Manager Career fixes please

I have always been a long time lover of manger mode and have played it religiously since about fifa 04

I obviously understand why it doesn’t get as much love as FUT but that still doesn’t mean you can ignore it completely and make it a bad experience

The see through manager and generic kits in cutscenes are glitches that can surely be fixed

But I’m talking about the actual mode itself and what happens in it,

Transfers are awful and make no sense, you go far enough in and ever team can afford any player so you get players like Rashford playing for Mallorca at the age of 28 how?

The Manager rating is broken and stops you getting manager moves at the end of the season l, mainly because you haven’t won the cup as a fourth or third division side even though you won the league, again why?

Teams rarely resign people and let there contract expire meaning most teams have about 20 players on them 

I could go on but hopefully my point is made

Not even gonna start on the simulation of games in this mode, if I lose another game 2-3 I’m gonna lose my head I think

Just asking to please put some effort in on this mode as it’s why I buy each year hoping it’s better then the last

We’re not expecting football manager levels here but it just has to be better
