I dont know if this happens in other game modes, because I basically play manager career mode..
it happens all the time and is so frustrating, I need to keep saving my game all the time because every now and then the game menus disappear, which means there is nothing available to "click" and eveything I can see is the backroom animations and stuff, the only way to "solve" this is by forcing the game to close and opening it again..
already happened during a contract negotiation with a player, during half time of matches as well..
I have a similar problem in Player Career mode, where at HT if I leave it it in idle, the screen will eventually turn black and everything will disappear with the exception of the menu which won't navigate to anything, and a yellow circle with a pause button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
The only way to go to the second half is to completely turn off the console, which means I lose all my progress up to that point.
This also happened at the last game of the season, where I had finished it, left the menu in idle and then the game broke and had to be restarted. Hopefully this gets addressed.
