A classic, I'm afraid. You can change the player's sleeve length to "long sleeves", but once the winter comes and most other players wear long sleeves or undershirts, your player will wear short sleeves, if that's what he had at first. And it's been mentioned for years that they could just imply a "winter gear" option for such weather conditions.
@JustinCase0110 Yea it’s crazy this has been happening my for years now. I find if you view the player in ‘Squad Hub’, what they are wearing there is essentially their winter gear, so in edit player you have to match it to that in order to obtain some consistency. Stupid you have to do it I know, but EA don’t care
