Manager Career Reset to previous save

I've been playing a manager mode on 2 pcs, my mpv at my moms and my pc at my dads. Yesterday, I played all day at my dads house and 100000% saved it, but as I tryed to get on today at my moms house it is back to the save before I played yesterday, and moreover it says the most recent save is from right now. Please tell me there is a way I can fix this.
