Manager Sacking

Question

I cant stress enough how BAD career mode is i have two glaring issues but number one is the fact the game crashes when getting rid of the staff but as well GETTING SACKED IS SO COMMON. I am doing a Middlesbrough career 1st season and i got to the play offs (I won it btw) and when I won I got sacked THATS NOT REALISTIC IN ANY SENSE. The whole objectives needs an overhaul and the fact a multi million dollar company cant do such simple changes in a whole year is embarrassing. do better and if you cant balance it just remove objectives its more of a hindrance of fun that not I cant even get a promotion without being sacked. an embarrassment of a game.&nbsp;

I didn't mind the objectives when they were set by sponsors, the amount of money received was worth it. Now getting sacked for next to no reason,&nbsp; even after winning titles or getting promoted, is really annoying. If I get demoted, or all my players hate me, fine, but not after winning the league. That just never happens irl.

It seems like there is an issue in every single League that has playoffs. I chose a new promoted team in Romania that had the obiective to avoid relegation. I finished 6th and then standings restarted with those 6 teams only. But the game thought I am about to relegate being "the last" out of those 6. So I was sacked.
