I have a question on this as well. As I am one of the few who doesn’t really enjoy Ultimate Team I usually just purchase the game for the career mode. But as the game is kinda balanced around Ultimate Team, I‘d also like to mod it a bit. My girlfriend plays right below some of the pro leagues so I’d enjoy playing as her in career mode and therefore adding the already existing women’s leagues to career mode to create her team and play it. I have some development skills, but how do I get access to it? Is there a tool? Also it is not illegal to mod in general, is it?
