My PRO CLUBS player doesn't move/respond

Yesterday I was trying to play Pro Clubs with my friends. But when we entered the match, my player doesn't respond to any button, no mather what did i do, he just stands still. It's not a conection problem because it happens everytime I want to play Club Match, Play-In, or Ultimate Team. It only happens when I'm trying to play online, because I don't have that problem when playing offline modes. What should I do? It's really frustraring because I'm having this same issue since FIFA 23.

    Hi.

    Maybe you have the same problem my friend had. Do you use a wireless headseat when you play online?

    If you connect first the wireless headset to the console and then the controller, FC 24 and Fifa 23 may set the wireless headset as controller 1 and the controller as controller 2. When you play online, only the controller 1 can move the player. If you pause the game when this problem occur, try check the controler settings to see if your controller has been set as controller 2.

    When you turn on the console and open the game, make sure to conncet first the controller and then the wireless headset.

    My friend encountered this problem on Xbox, i don't know if PlayStation has the same problem.
