New ad boards

Noticed these hideous ad boards just behind the byline. Unlike the regular ad boards you can run straight through them and only seem to appear in certain stadiums. Could be based on competition, who knows. Has anyone else noticed these? They also completely disappear in cut scenes (eg. goal celebrations) and the instant replay function. 

This is either another bug or terrible addition by EA.
