Career Mode End Of Season Can't Renew Contract

Hey guys, I saw this board had been closed back in April because it was patched in Patch #11. However, I think the new update has undone the patch. I'm having the same issue that everyone else was having where at the end of the season, even if they had completed all the set objectives. Not sure what else to do, my save is at Level 50 and I'm seven seasons deep into this player. I really don't want to lose this save.
