No Playstyle+ on any Youth Player, No playstyles at all on Icon ReGen's

As the title states: any Youth player coming out of the Youth academy will not receive a playstyle+. There has been a glitch where multiple would receive Chip Shot+ at 80 overal rating, but that also does not occur anymore. Icon ReGen's will not receive any silver playstyles or Playstyle plusses. I have 4 different instances of receiving icon reGens where none of them had any playstyles at all. Sincerely hope for a fix for this problem in title update #7 as this has been a problem since title update #4 which was released months ago.
