@RedRuss84
I have been barking up that tree for a while. I think, the reporting system is designed to discourage reporting. Look at the following steps:
1) I want to report something > Cannot find a simple way to do it > Suck it up and try to move on.
2) I see the issue reappear > I really want to report it > I go through "the steps" > Halfway through, I get discouraged by the process and cancel > Suck it up and try to move on.
3) The issue persists > I suck it up, go through "the steps" till the end and submit > Get the "Thank you for flying American Airlines" notification and wait > wait > wait > Suck it up and try to move on.
4) The issue isn't going anywhere > Go to the community board, complain, mention 1 (or several) @"I work for EA as a community organizer" > Receive a post: "Use proper channels to report issues" > Curse > Suck it up and try to move on.
5) Stop reporting > Read posts such as yours, give experience points and "me too" > Hope, someone else succeeds where I had failed.
Cheer, @EA_Barry
