Im fully understanding that you have a method to report offensive name etc, i just get an email saying the name is fine. So how exactly can i report cheaters? Played a team of 7 foot tall 99 rated players in clubs again today

To report a player’s Club or Avatar name, or AI player names in Clubs:
- Pause the match.
- Open the Players List.
- Select the Online ID that you want to report.
- Select Report Abuse.
- Depending on what you’re reporting, select one of the following:
- Report offensive Avatar Name
- Report offensive Club Name
- Report offensive AI Player Name
- Report offensive Stadium Name"
