I don't think they will ever change the ridiculous objectives i had to leave my club when i won the league and got 40 G/A and was player of the season but because i didn't get 10 outside the box goals i had to leave even when i scored inside the box 40 times its absolutely stupid
The objectives do seem unrealistic, and it's frustrating as you could have a perfectly good season and still be forced to leave because you didn't complete all of them. Hopefully after no Career Mode fixes in the Winter/December update, these changes are address in January.

I think the contract renew bug as well as the objectives are the biggest two problems and would fix most of the problems for a lot of players. But it's EA. We are not going to see these changes before FC 25, if we see them at all.
How many teams in real life will care less if you have score 8 from outside the box. Its the same with the type of goals, I have been told to have 35 matches then get injured, and thats the end of that for the season. Real life they would not care about that at all. They want to know how good a player you are.
If you were going to a club that needs a solo striker, then they might care about certain elements of your player. They are not going to give a stuff if you can bicycle kick the thing
