Player career mode worst

What's going on with Player career mode lack of content? And why do i always get this notification even im in high rating..

- No appreciate if u Score 100 goals for club? Seriously

- no value of scoring high number of goal??

U guys always showing about real world players why?? They done nothing in the game lmoa?? The career created player should get achievement if they do something especially scoring more goals and unique goals.. but nothing?! 

Especially pre-match and after match cutscenes worst ever seen Fifa 22 is better where is post interview ??
