Player career needs removing the objective

As the title suggest, player agent objectives in Player Career make the game very difficult and exhausting to play as most objectives are very unrealistic such as First time shot or Successful Pass and Goes, please sort this or just give us the option to remove it when playing on Player Career. 

headed goals are just as hard to score as well with short players.
