I agree with this. Normally if you were doing very well you would attract lots of offers from bigger clubs, and not just solely rely on meeting their objectives if they're your 'target club'.
I had a situation where I was the top scorer in consecutive seasons, and wasn't approached by any club whatsoever, even though I had the highest OVR and stats all round. It would be good if this was addressed, as it would make the game more authentic.
