Reduce the starting overall to 50:60. Give us 300:350 points we distribute it between the attributes as we like. For example, I want my striker to be more than 49 at PASSING, so I choose like 60 points from the original 300:350 and assign to PASSING on the expense of DRIBBLING.

Make the development harder. I don't want to retire at 22 when I am 95 overall because I gained +17 overall in my first season. We actually enjoy the process more than the gameplay.
