Player growth icons bugged?

I don't know if this is a bug, but the player growth section in player career has all white icons instead of blue, and on the homepage when looking at player growth it has my player rating circled in red. Tried looking this up to no avail, and none of the ingame tutorials talk about it. I assume this is my fault but I dont know whats wrong?
