In my current Career Mode, one of my CBs came to me to say they wanted to play more otherwise they may need to go elsewhere. I put him in my team, played him as first choice CB for next 9 or 10 games in a row and he still came back and complained that he wasn't happy at how much I was playing him and put in a transfer request!
