Please add team management system to single player career mode.

Hey EA Team, please hear me out, maybe this occurs some to some peoples. But this is what we get when trying to play in single player career mode which is the MyPlayer Career mode. I am frustrated of my composition of the team and the absurd random yet really annoying transfers between players. First the team management here is not very good from the AI System that manages it. In my team i have players like Florian Wirtz, G.Xhaka, Grimaldo but u know what they are not the main starter even though they are in a good conditions. I'll attach some screenshots in this message to see how bad the management in my team is. The main team is substitute by 60 overall players.. why though? Why are u doing this to ur game. Please fix this annoying kinda system or if u have spare time add a feature where we can manage our own team at least the starting players we want to play at MyPlayer Career mode. U know this is the favorite mode i played and u know already why less peoples plays this mode because the system I told u is bad. Please fix this or add new feature like i said.  At least change the algorithms in the management system that higher and highest overall players should be starter 11.

And secondly, the transfer is kinda absurd sometimes when i wanted to play with a high level player longer they got somehow transferred to other team. What is going on. I dont know this system is good or bad. Its just tad to be annoying. Dont get me wrong. I love ur games. EA FIFA I've been playing ur soccer game since 2005s.  And please consider my opinions it might be the game changing and everyone wants to buy the game and eventually more sales.
