After finishing the international cup group stage, I get the End Season screen (which erroneously shows that my team finished 5th in the league when they actually finished 1st) and once clicking End Season I am unable to progress. I'm wondering if this will be addressed in the upcoming patch you mentioned here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Career-Mode/Player-Career-cant-renew-contract/m-p/13645926#M2149.

Hey @cvenable84, indeed the issue which you have is still being looked at by the Career Mode team, as they are currently unsure as to what is causing the issue.
They hope to resolve it in the next Patch update, however if this isn’t the case they will continue to investigate it.
Unfortunately, this issue was not fixed in the most recent patch. It's a shame. I really do not want to start my career over from scratch.
Hey Everyone, It's come to my attention that I may have been impersonating a EA Team Member, and so I would like to address this.
It's never been my intention to impersonate the EA Team, nor will I ever do. My only intentions have been to help the community with their issues regarding the Career Mode. Recently I've predominantly been spending time on the issue in Player Career where players have been unable to renew their contract. All I have ever done has been to relay screenshots and information from the community and straight to the Career Mode team, and vice versa with information sent to me by the Career Mode Team that answers the community's questions, to the community.
I aim to continue helping both the Community and the Career Mode team as I have always done, as I have been told by the team that information and screenshots that I have sent on the community's behalf has directly led to some issues being investigated and resolved.
Once again I would like to make clear that I am not a EA Team Member, nor have intentions to impersonate one. I am merely a member of the community who wants to help the community.
from what I read of your posts it was very clear that you were not an ea employee I dont see how anyone could have taken it that way. I really appreciate the effort youre making its not going unnoticed.
