@SpW_x_Scorpion The hacker has devised a clever method to go unnoticed while hacking the game. If you attempt to identify the hacking and penalize them, you'll discover a player with a seemingly regular overall, but underneath, you will see unusual 255 power shot. What a flaw in the game!
