Pro clubs cannot join team

Hi,

I am unable to join back to my pro clubs team even though the club is open to friends, and I have friends within the team.

Each time I try I receive a message saying I have already sent a request to join the team.

If there is a pending request, it cannot be approved as our manager no longer has access to his account.

I am able to join other teams open to friends.

Any resolution would be appreciated.
