PC can only play with Xbox Series X/S and PS5. Unfortunately, PC players cannot join Xbox One and PS4 players. You can find more details on crossplay here.
Community ManagerI imagine it has to do with a technical reason. This is how crossplay works in our other sports games as well. As far as a refund goes, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if that's possible. If you purchased through the EA App, you can open a case with an advisor here.
Ah I see, do you think that EAFC will feature cross play between old gen and pc in the future? It will make their game a whole lot better.
