Pro Clubs

Hi EA , I am facing an issue in the Pro Clubs section. My team is currently in division 2 and we had a promotion game. We won the game but after we clicked next, a message popped up saying there is technical difficulties with the ea servers and it kicked us out the game without counting the game for us. Because of that we couldn’t get promoted to division 1. I hope you fix this problem.
