Red card - Player still on pitch, but invisible

I'm playing career mode, and a player on the opposite team got sent off with a red card, and it appears that he's still on the pitch, but invisible. The game glitches, and the other team is passing out of nowhere with no opponent visable to pass the ball. Obviously the gamemode is offline, but I first thought my internet was stuttering. I guess this is a bug EA should investigate.
