REMOVE ALL FEMALE REFEREES FROM CLUBS

I am very disappointed with the way my club has been treated by female referees. We have been robbed many times. The soft challenges that lead to yellows, the ghost tackles that get called for penalties… its time for a change. We as the players demand for male referees as they call the game better in many circumstances. For example, These men have all experienced the game of football. They know that there is some pushing and shoving allowed. They know how hard each team is willing to fight for the club. One area for improvement could be the consistency of referees' decisions. Sometimes, it seems like similar tackles can result in different outcomes, which can be confusing. Also, the offside rule could be better viewed, as well as VAR improved. In conclusion, female referees should be removed or atleast reduce their wages as they are impacting the game of football negatively.
