squad hub not opening in manager mode

Hello All,

I'm facing a problem in manager mode in ea fc 24. I've completed one season each in different leagues but whenever i am entering second season, my squad hub not opening. instead it automatically shut down and restarts. squad hub is not opening by any means. I have inform it to EA Help but unfortunately nothing has changed yet. What to do now ?

I'm experiencing the same issues and you're the only other player I've seen talk about it. It also occurs when I enter a cutscene or negotiation for a player.
