Enzo Loiodice is a good purchase.
I had him in MY FIFA 23 Las Palmas career and he was rather good - one of the few LP players I kept throughout the whole career.
He'll be a good addition to your midfield.
I'm not sure why United sold Mengi to Luton in real life, as he has a lot of promise.
