This is rather amusing, Sunderland was on my shortlist for careers and Dele Alli was on my list of potential signings as I had fun using him last year in my Everton Career 🤣🤣

@JustinCase0110 The Bishop in goal is confusing to me too lol . He might get transferred just because of his name..I didn't know the old forum was gone. I thought it was just not able to be used but could be viewed still. That's sad if it is completely gone.My next two signings will be updated later today. A free agent from Denmark and 17 year old from Ajax, no way you could have had these two!

Good start so far, in reality probably good to be out of the cup, but for game reasons. Would've been good to have the extra fixtures for the fringe players, but then again it's a long season in the Championship.

@Danimal5981 I hope so, I'd love to see Sunderland back in the top division. The team is full of young players that I'm going to try developing.

Good job so far, and nice to start off with a comfy win vs Leicester. You're quite the copycat though. Not only did I play with Sunderland last year, I also signed Conor Bradley for them (though later, having 80 or 82 OVR at the time). Joke aside, this will be fun to follow. Too bad you NEED to write text in each update, not being allowed to let the images stand alone.

@thurlow885 I've always had a soft spot for Dele so when I saw how cheap he was and he fit my transfer objective, he was the obvious choice. Sunderland is a club that I have always liked but I'm not sure why. Maybe it was the Netflix doc?

@JustinCase0110 Haha! I knew I was copying Sunderland but I forgot about Bradley. Maybe I'll go check who else you signed and put them on my shortlist...🙂

I think I'm going to use the text for putting the match number since we have to type something. That might make it easier to follow too.
