Switching Pro Club

Hi !
I just have a little question about Pro Clubs.
I have two group of friends and I would like to know if it is possible to switch regularly between 2 clubs WITHOUT losing the stats for it.

Are the stats for both clubs staying or are they back to 0 every time I quit ?
