Team Management function not working properly in EAFC25

Team Management function not working properly in EAFC25 and results in the player being locked out of the game with a complete restart required. It has taken me 3 Restarts to get through two matches today. CAN WE PPEASE HAVE SOME COMMUNICATION AS TO WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE REPAUIRED. The most recent update has caused the issue so it shouldn't be difficult to make improvements even if that means going back to the pre-update version. These games aren't cheap and this latest version is definitely not fit for purpose.
