Team management

I cant any more change the player only for that match like it used to be in previous games. I have to change the fatigued player from team management.

CAN EA BRING THE OPTION TO CHANGE PLAYER ONLY FOR THE CURRENT GAME

Yes, you can. Once you select "Play Match" it takes you to the pre-match screen and then you press Y or Triangle to enter the team management screen and then select your players and tactics there for that match.
Assuming I'm understanding your problem from what you wrote.
